A problem worth solving
What began as an in-house solution to a daily challenge has transformed into a mission to revolutionize building performance across the industry.

As controls contractors, we lived on the front lines of project delivery pressure. Always the last trade on the job, we faced impossible deadlines with the full weight of project completion on our shoulders. During the unexpected pause of 2020, we turned challenge into opportunity—creating PingCx to solve the problem that had frustrated us for years: how to deliver fully commissioned systems on time without compromising quality.

The results were transformative. Commissioning time cut in half. Testing coverage expanded from the standard 15% sampling to a comprehensive 100%. Callbacks virtually eliminated. Buildings finally performing exactly as designed—not just at handover, but consistently over time.
What started as our competitive advantage became something too important not to share. In 2024, we launched PingCx as a standalone solution for the industry, expanding our mission from improving our own projects to transforming how the entire building community approaches commissioning.
